Job Description

Role Overview:

The Payroll Specialist will focus on operational payroll activities, ensuring accurate processing, compliance, and reporting for large employee volumes in UAE Shared Services.

Key Requirements:

2-4 years experience in Payroll / HR operations.
Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and Power BI.
Experience in SAP / SaaS payroll systems is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, systematic, and target-focused.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Flexible with work timings to meet payroll deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and validate employee payroll data accurately
Maintain and reconcile attendance, leave, and overtime records.
Prepare supporting payroll reports for management.
Assist in preparing variance and observation reports.
Provide data support for finance, HR, and audit teams.
Contribute to continuous process improvements in payroll operations.
