Role Overview:

The Payroll Specialist will focus on operational payroll activities, ensuring accurate processing, compliance, and reporting for large employee volumes in UAE Shared Services.

Key Requirements:

  • 2-4 years experience in Payroll / HR operations.
  • Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and Power BI.
  • Experience in SAP / SaaS payroll systems is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, systematic, and target-focused.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Flexible with work timings to meet payroll deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and validate employee payroll data accurately
  • Maintain and reconcile attendance, leave, and overtime records.
  • Prepare supporting payroll reports for management.
  • Assist in preparing variance and observation reports.
  • Provide data support for finance, HR, and audit teams.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements in payroll operations.
