Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Executive, located in Rajpura. The Payroll Executive will be responsible for administering and managing payroll, processing payroll transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Daily tasks include accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and benefits, maintenance of payroll records, and generating payroll reports. The role also involves coordinating with the finance department and handling employee inquiries related to payroll.

Qualifications

• Competence in Payroll Administration and Payroll Management
• Experience in Payroll Processing and related tasks
• Strong skills in Finance principles and applications
• Excellent Communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information
• Ability to work on-site in Rajpura
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
