Job Summary:

The Payroll Executive is responsible for managing and processing payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and company policies. This role involves handling employee salary calculations, statutory deductions, and maintaining payroll records.

Key Responsibilities:

Process monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain and update employee payroll data, including new hires, exits, and salary revisions.
Calculate statutory deductions such as PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and Income Tax.
Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to management and statutory authorities.
Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and payslips.
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll inputs and reconciliations.
Assist in audits and provide necessary payroll documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in payroll processing.
Strong knowledge of payroll software and MS Excel.
Familiarity with statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

Experience with [specific payroll software like SAP, ADP, Tally, etc.].
