Job Description

About the Role:

Finance Executive – Payroll

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, LWF, PT, TDS, and other applicable labour laws
  • Manage statutory filings and documentation
  • Handle payroll reconciliations and maintain records
  • Implement and manage flexi-benefit components as per company policy
  • Coordinate with HR and other departments for payroll inputs
  • Work with auditors during internal and external audits related to payroll
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy at all times

Requirements:

βœ… B.Com/M.Com with 3–4 years of relevant industry experience

βœ… Strong experience in payroll processing

βœ… Hands-on knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, LWF, PT, TDS, etc.)

βœ… Familiarity with flexi benefit structures

βœ… Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)

βœ… Experience working with Tally and sound understanding of accounting principles

βœ… Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail

βœ… Excellent communication and coordination abilities
