Role & responsibilities Process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees. Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and salary revisions. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, Gratuity, and Labour Laws . Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to management and government authorities. Handle reimbursements, incentives, and full-and-final settlements. Coordinate with HR for attendance, leave management, and employee master data updates. Resolve payroll-related queries from employees in a timely and professional manner. Prepare payroll journal entries and assist in payroll reconciliation with Finance. Stay updated with changes in tax laws and payroll regulations. Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information.
