Roles and Responsibilities Floor checking in terms of cleanliness, organizing prayer meetings, Receipt of keys, Review and Planning of days activities, Safe Opening and placing the Merchandise in respective counters by demonstrating all the selected Jewellery having demand. Review of previous day Sales Operations with the staff and fixing targets based upon the monthly targets in terms of Quantity / Discount terms so as to ensure achievement of his / her own targets Verifying the Jewellery weight, number of pieces on random basis in the morning with closing stock of previous day by tallying the material with the Closing Stock Report, safeguarding the stock by placing it in the Safe and bringing / highlighting reconciliation issues to the notice of Branch Manager/ Head-Sales. Similarly, assessing the Manpower needs of the following day by considering the absence of the employees who are on leave / week-off. Also to ensure that no stocks should be left out either at counters or at other places by closely monitoring with AFM and should take overall responsibility. To understand the needs of Customers and analyzing the same / ensure the availability of Jewellery as per the requirements in terms of Price, Quality and Design by taking up the matter to SCM Department. To monitor the activities of Competitors in terms of Product Mix, Price Mix, availability of various Designs with them and the Schemes offered by them, which help in strengthening our Strategy and achieving the targeted market share. Capturing the Customer data after the Sales Closure by guiding the Sales staff and to ensure the availability of customer data and its analysis as and when it is required by the Superiors. Assigning particular counters to the staff and shuffling them as and when required according to the Season / Campaigns that are planned in consultation with other Floor Managers in case of inter floor transfers and with General Manager. Desired Candidate Profile 8-10 years of experience in retail management or related field (jewelry industry preferred). Diploma in Any Specialization; MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory. Strong skills in Floor Management, Team Handling, Product Knowledge, Sales Planning, Sales Activities, Target Planning, Customer Satisfaction, Team Motivation.

Desired Candidate Profile 10-15 years of experience in retail industry with expertise in branch management or similar role. MBA/PGDM degree from any specialization (preferably). Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively. Strong understanding of jewelry business operations and market trends.
