Roles and Responsibilities To be accountable for the overall Sales Performance of the Branch by motivating the Employees in the Branch through regular Prayer Meetings, make them aware about the Companys Products, Policies, Offers, Discounts etc, and enable them in achieving the set targets. Manage branch operations, including sales performance, team handling, and customer service. Training needs to bridge the skill gaps, enhancement of skill sets, identifying the talent and working on the Career Graph of Employees in close coordination with General Manager / Head Sales Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth through effective product knowledge and relationship management. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records. Oversee daily activities of the branch office, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to company policies. Oversee jewelry showroom management, ensuring efficient inventory control and visual merchandising. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue through effective leadership skills. Foster strong communication and selling skills among team members to achieve targets. Ensure timely completion of daily tasks and meetings while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Desired Candidate Profile 10-15 years of experience in retail industry with expertise in branch management or similar role. MBA/PGDM degree from any specialization (preferably). Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively. Strong understanding of jewelry business operations and market trends.
