Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administration tasks, including office coordination, petty cash management, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure smooth operation of office facilities, housekeeping services, and corporate administration processes.
  • Handle ticket booking and hotel reservations for company employees.
  • Maintain accurate records of administrative activities and perform regular audits to ensure compliance with policies.
  • Provide support in organizing events, meetings, and conferences by coordinating logistics such as venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment rental.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-6 years of experience in administration work or related field (diploma holder).
  • Strong knowledge of administration management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in activation software applications (e.g., Excel) for data entry and record-keeping purposes.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels within the organization.
