Payroll Executive

Position Overview:

The Payroll Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing with payroll partner, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and Preparation of bank transfer for salaries. The role requires strong technical knowledge of HRMS platforms and statutory compliance related to payroll, taxation, and employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  monthly payroll processing

  for respective entities
• Maintain and update

  employee records

  including new joiners, exits, and changes in compensation.
• Ensure

  statutory compliance

  with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, and other applicable labor laws.
• Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement and reconciliation.
• Handle

  full and final settlements

  , bonus calculations, leave encashment, and arrears.
• Generate and validate payroll reports from HRMS for accuracy and approvals.
• Liaise with external auditors and consultants during payroll audits.
• Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly payroll MIS and compliance reports.
• Support in

  HRMS data management

  , troubleshooting, and implementation of payroll-related modules.
• Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, or payslips in a timely manner.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of

  HRMS / payroll software

  (such as SAP, Mynd, ZingHR, Darwinbox, Keka, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Excel (v-lookup, pivot tables, formulas).
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling payroll data.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:

  Graduate in Commerce / HR / Finance (MBA preferred).

• Experience:

  2–5 years of experience in payroll management.
