Job Summary:

Payroll Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Process end-to-end payroll for employees on a monthly/bi-weekly basis.
  
• Maintain payroll records, employee data, and salary structures in the payroll system.
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory laws and regulations (e.g., PF, ESI, TDS, PT, LWF, etc.).
  
• Calculate employee benefits, deductions, incentives, bonuses, and reimbursements.
  
• Coordinate with HR and finance departments for attendance, leave, and salary updates.
  
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as needed.
  
• Handle payroll audits, reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.
  
• Respond to employee queries regarding payslips, tax deductions, or other payroll issues.
  
• Liaise with external vendors (if payroll is outsourced) and ensure accurate data sharing.
  
• Ensure timely filing and payment of statutory dues and returns.

Required Skills :

• Strong knowledge of payroll software (e.g., ADP, SAP, GreytHR, Zoho Payroll, Paychex, etc.).
  
• Familiarity with Indian labor laws and statutory compliance (or applicable to your country).
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
