All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, disability or protected veteran status, or any other legally protected basis, per applicable law.Job responsibilities:• Check the attendance inputs for all the employees, referring to the payroll administration document.• Check the new joiners & exit employees' documents with a checklist & follow up with HR POC for pending ones.Seek ESIC nominations from the eligible new joiners pool.• Prepare salary input with the help of input data mails from Managers/ HR POC & Salary Database• Post approval on salary input and share input data with payroll vendor.• Check the salary output data shared by the payroll vendor• Maintain the bank file up to date (addition, deletion, updating). Co-ordinate with Bank officials and new joinersfor account creation• Share the file for processing with Leadership• Prepare the monthly MIS & Headcount report for the companies & share it with the HR manager.• Checking of statutory challan with statutory working• Post approval, and manage the processing of statutory payment.• Downloading the TDS challans shared by the vendors after payment.• Downloaded challans to be shared with payroll vendor for TDS filling.• Check the TDS working data & Form 27A shared by the vendor team & share the go-ahead for TDS filling.• Match the TDS return filling challans amount with the TDS working amount.• Update the respective SPOCs about the TDS discrepancy & follow up for the correction.• Resolve employees' queries regarding PF withdrawal and transfer cases.• Help employees update their KYC in the PF portal.• Share the respective documents, salary register & challans requested by the Audit team for audit.• Examining tax computation sheets concerning all earning components & deductions validation• Handling monthly payroll & compliance queries from employees through emails/calls/monthly salaryhelpdesk• Sharing relevant details with BGV POC while sharing responses to verification queriesFull & Final Settlement (10th of every month)• Prepare FFS input for the exit employees & share it with the payroll vendor.• Check the FFS output & prepare the Bank file of the exiting employee.• Share the FFS data report with the HR manager forpayout sign-off.• Maintain the bank file up to date (addition, deletion, updating)• Share the file for processing with Leadership.
