Payroll Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for onboarding new employees, providing training, tracking attendance and leave, managing software entries, leave management, and coordinating with consultants and vendors. Key Responsibilities: - Onboarding of new employees - Providing training to employees - Tracking attendance and leave of all employees - Managing software entries - Leave management for the entire organization - Coordinating with consultants and vendors for various HR activities Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR - Knowledge of HR software and tools - Strong communication and coordination skills Please note that the company is in the Textile Industry and the job location is in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad. The salary is negotiable between Rs.25,000 to Rs.30,000 per month. The benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is full-time, day shift, morning shift, with performance and yearly bonuses. Work location is in person.
