Job Description

As a Senior HR Associate based in Ahmedabad, you will play a vital role in managing HR operations and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance matters - Driving employee engagement and retention initiatives - Aligning HR operations with the company's business objectives - Monitoring the HR budget and enhancing HRIS/ATS systems - Analyzing employee retention and attrition metrics - Overseeing daily HR operations and administration To excel in this role, we are looking for someone who is: - Familiar with Indian labor laws and statutory filings - Proficient in using HR software such as HRIS/ATS - Possess excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and documentation skills About the Company: Join an ISO-certified firm that serves US-based consulting and advisory clients.
