This is your opportunity to work in a structured, high-impact HR role with full ownership of payroll and compliance functions. 🔍 Position: Senior HR Associate (Payroll & Compliance) 📍 Location: Ahmedabad (On-site | Work from office) 💼 Industry: ITES / BPO / KPO 🕐 Experience: 2 to 6 Years 🎓 Qualification: MBA – HR 💰 CTC: ₹4.00 – ₹5.50 LPA (Hike based on current/last salary) 📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days) 🕘 Shift Timing: Day shift ✨ Key Responsibilities: ✅ End-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and confidentiality ✅ PF, ESIC & statutory compliance handling ✅ Drive employee engagement & retention initiatives ✅ Align HR operations with business objectives ✅ Monitor HR budget & enhance HRIS/ATS systems ✅ Analyze employee retention and attrition metrics ✅ Oversee daily HR operations & administration 👤 Who We’re Looking For: ✔ Strong experience in payroll, HR operations & compliance ✔ Familiar with Indian labor laws and statutory filings ✔ Hands-on with HR software (HRIS/ATS) ✔ Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving & documentation skills 🏢 About the Company: An ISO-certified firm serving US-based consulting and advisory clients, with presence in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Gurugram, Indore, Mumbai, and Noida.
