Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

PF, ESIC, PT, LWF calculation challan generation and remittance in monthly payroll
Knowledge and experience in Labour Compliances
Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration
Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll
Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and truthful i.e. Investments declaration, Form 16s, Salary TDS Returns (24Q)

Desired Candidate Profile

Good spoken and written communication skills
Knowledge and experience in Provident Fund Act, ESI Act, P Tax, LWF.
Knowledge of salary TDS & perquisites
Graduate/Post Graduate
