Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Payment Processing Specialist based in Pune. The Payment Processing Specialist will play a critical role in development of our latest AI powered FINTECH app that uses UPI to handle large volume of transactions, everyday.

This role involves handling the day-to-day processing of transactions, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payments, and troubleshoot any payment-related issues. In addition, the role also involves managing and reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, assisting with audits, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Additionally, the specialist will interact with technology and operations teams to resolve inquiries and provide high-quality insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in UPI based payment processing, transaction management, and account reconciliation
• Proficiency in financial reporting, auditing, and compliance with financial regulations
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of financial software and tools is a plus
