Job Description

Role: Payment Processing Specialist

Title: Chief Manager

Education: CA / MBA

Experience: 5 years +

Work Location: Goregaon (East), Mumbai

Key responsibilities

Evaluate the existing processes like Commission, Reinsurance, Partner Incentive payout and identify gaps if any; review and add additional controls on a periodic basic
Managing the line function and ensuring smooth processing within the TAT defined with sufficient checks and controls
Initiate automation initiatives pertaining to the respective processes and their control reports. Preparation of BRD and liaise with respective teams and Vendors for the same
Manage the audits and regulatory or ad hoc requirements raised by different stakeholders
Handling a team of 3 members and tracking their respective actionable
