Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a User Experience Designer located in Pune. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, creating visual designs, and developing prototypes to enhance user experience. Day-to-day tasks include employing design thinking methodologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and refining digital products based on user feedback and testing. The role involves close interaction with stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business objectives and user needs.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Design Thinking and User Research
• Proficiency in Visual Design and User Experience (UX) principles
• Experience with Prototyping
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work on-site in Pune
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field is preferred
• Experience in mobile design is a plus
