User Experience Designer

As a highly skilled UI/UX Designer joining our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional user experiences and interfaces for our software products. Your responsibilities include: - Conducting user research and analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, and using feedback to inform design decisions. - Creating visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications, developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. - Designing intuitive user flows and interactions to enhance usability and accessibility across all platforms and devices. - Establishing and maintaining a robust design system to ensure consistency across our product portfolio. - Conducting user testing sessions, gathering feedback, and continuously refining the user experience. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement designs and align with technical capabilities and business objectives. - Staying updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and methodologies, and applying industry best practices. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - Minimum 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for software applications, preferably in a B2B or enterprise software environment. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms, and understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals. - A strong portfolio demonstrating design projects for software applications and showcasing the design process. - Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Problem-solving skills with a user-centric mindset to address design challenges and create effective solutions. - Understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and familiarity with productivity tools is a plus.
