Job Title: Lifestyle & Brand Manager Industry: Malayalam Film Industry Location: Kochi, Kerala (with travel as required) Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a proactive, highly disciplined, and wellness-oriented Personal Manager to support a leading talent in the Malayalam film industry. In addition to managing professional schedules, media engagements, and brand partnerships, this role places a strong emphasis on the talent’s personal well-being — including fitness, yoga, and nutritional planning. The ideal candidate will not only be an effective manager but also serve as a wellness guide, helping maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle amidst a demanding career. Key Responsibilities: Career Management & Planning: Strategize and align career goals in collaboration with the talent and core team. Evaluate and negotiate scripts, endorsements, appearances, and other opportunities. Maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism in all communications. Scheduling & Coordination: Manage a dynamic daily schedule including shoots, meetings, brand activities, and public appearances. Coordinate with production teams, stylists, PR agencies, and other stakeholders. Brand & Public Relations: Support personal brand development and public image. Liaise with media outlets, PR firms, and social media teams. Oversee digital content strategies and maintain a consistent online presence. Contract & Financial Oversight: Review contracts and agreements in coordination with legal and finance teams. Monitor project payments, endorsement deals, and settlements. Travel & Logistics: Plan and manage all travel-related arrangements for shoots, events, and campaigns. Ensure comfort and efficiency during travel and on-location stays. Requirements: Proven experience in talent or celebrity management, preferably in entertainment or media. Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Language proficiency: Malayalam (mandatory); additional languages such as Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, or Telugu are preferred. Certified Physical Fitness Trainer and/or Yoga Instructor . Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and travel as needed. High level of discipline, discretion, and attention to detail. Additional Preferences: Keen interest in reading and photography . Compensation: Attractive salary package based on experience and qualifications. All official travel expenses will be fully covered.
