We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Partnerships Associate to join our Partnerships & Alliances team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of impactful partner-led marketing campaigns, while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
You will be hands-on in creating proposals, conducting research, coordinating with partners,
and ensuring smooth delivery of campaigns. This position offers excellent exposure to
international tourism boards, attractions, and lifestyle brands, with ample opportunities for
professional growth.
● Partnership Marketing: Plan and execute co-branded campaigns with tourism boards,
attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands. Define campaign objectives, budgets, and timelines.
● Proposal & Deck Creation: Build persuasive and visually compelling proposals (Google Slides/PowerPoint/Canva) to communicate value propositions and ROI.
● Research & Insights: Track destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
● Campaign Operations: Manage campaign tracking (UTMs, dashboards), analyze results, and prepare performance reports.
● Stakeholder Communication: Manage professional communication with internal teams (content, design, paid marketing, CRM) and external partners.
● AI & Tools: Leverage AI and digital tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, GA4, Looker, Similarweb, HubSpot, Google Ads) to optimize research, workflows, and reporting.
● 0–3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client- servicing, or business development (experience in travel, OTA, hospitality, or digital agencies preferred).
● Excellent written and spoken communication skills, confident in partner-facing interactions.
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Proficient with GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems; familiarity with paid marketing basics.
● Comfortable using AI tools for research, content, and reporting.
● Skilled in creating structured decks, reports, and presentations.
● Deliver 2–3 live partner campaigns with measurable KPIs.
● Build a reusable library of proposals and case studies.
● Publish a monthly “Destination & Trends” memo for the Alliances team.
● Collaborate directly with premium tourism boards, attractions, and global partners.
● Gain cross-functional exposure across marketing, partnerships, and campaign strategy.
● Learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-impact environment with ownership of real projects.
