Role Overview

Partnerships Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard strategic B2B partners to drive business growth
• Pitch Erekrut’s hiring solutions and partnership models to decision-makers
• Design win-win collaboration models and MoUs
• Manage relationships with key accounts, ensure engagement and renewal
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to convert partnerships into revenue
• Track KPIs, partner performance, and regularly report outcomes to leadership

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in B2B partnerships, alliances, or business development
• Prior experience in HRTech, SaaS, EdTech, or startup ecosystem preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with the ability to hustle and own outcomes
• Based in or willing to work from South Delhi (South Ex office)
