Partnership Marketing Manager


What you'll do:


  • Partner Lead Lifecycle:

    Own the partner funnel end to end, drive TOFU lead generation, and nurture MOFU/BOFU leads into customers.
  • Co-Marketing Campaigns:

    Plan and run joint initiatives (webinars, product launches, co-branded content, events, social media, etc.) to boost awareness and demand.
  • Content & Assets:

    Create compelling co-branded materials (case studies, press releases, one-pagers, decks) with consistent messaging.
  • Partner Enablement:

    Manage partner communications (newsletters, updates, training, webinars, LinkedIn Live) to educate and engage.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration:

    Align campaigns with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Success teams for seamless execution.
  • Analytics & Reporting:

    Track campaign performance (leads, conversions, ROI, engagement) and optimise with data insights.
  • QBRs:

    Conduct partner marketing business reviews.
  • Tools & Platforms:

    Use PartnerStack, Crossbeam, HubSpot, and PRMs to scale programs and track partner-attributed leads.
  • Onboarding Support:

    Help launch new partners with co-marketing plans, welcome kits, and promotional guidelines.
  • Brand Advocacy:

    Represent JustCall in the partner ecosystem. Conduct events, from sourcing to execution, with proven ROI. Open to travel frequently within and outside India (10-20%).


Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience

    : 4–8 years in Tech Partner Marketing, with proven success in driving revenue through co-marketing and partnerships.
  • Partner Lifecycle

    : Skilled in managing partner programs, building pipeline, and driving engagement across the funnel.
  • Tools

    : Proficient in PRM/CRM platforms (PartnerStack, Crossbeam, HubSpot, Jira), with strong ability to measure ROI and optimise campaigns.
  • Global Campaigns

    : Experience running international programs with strong communication, branding, and content creation skills.
  • Collaboration & Leadership

    : Strong project manager and cross-functional collaborator, able to align stakeholders and deliver results.
