Role - SNOW - ITSM Developer Location - Bangalore Key Responsibilities: Design and develop customized solutions within the ServiceNow platform including core ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge , and CMDB . Implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, notifications, and other platform capabilities. Integrate ServiceNow with other internal systems via APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and third-party integrations. Participate in architectural discussions and provide recommendations on ServiceNow best practices and platform enhancements. Perform upgrades and patching of the ServiceNow platform ensuring minimal impact to business operations. Analyze complex business requirements and transform them into technical specifications and scalable ServiceNow solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Process Owners, IT Support, and Operations teams. Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials. Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for existing ServiceNow modules and configurations. Ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards, security policies, and governance frameworks. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on ITSM modules. Strong experience in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), UI customization, and development. Solid understanding of ITIL framework and IT Service Management principles. Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer , IntegrationHub , and third-party integrations. Familiarity with CMDB design and discovery tools. Experience with ServiceNow Reporting , Performance Analytics , and Dashboards . Experience in managing ServiceNow updates , patches , and upgrades . ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required. Role: Identity Architect - Saviynt IGA Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) The IAM Saviynt IGA candidate will support our client's planning, design, and operation of enterprise-level identity and access management (IAM) capabilities. This role will support the deployment of the various IAM capabilities and processes with a focus on private and public clouds and rapid application onboarding. Responsibilities: Configure and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) products, including Saviynt IGA and Saviynt CPAM. Install, integrate, configure, and deploy IAM solutions and systems to facilitate user life-cycle management, identity and access governance, automated provisioning, and privileged account management. Ability to automate tasks from infrastructure creation to software build artifacts to multi-system complex deployment pipelines (Chef, CI/CD, Jenkins, deployment orchestration). Familiarity with Distributed Version Control Systems (Git, GitHub/GitLab), Containers (Docker), and Package Repositories (Artifactory, Maven Central). Provide support for migration of applications to centralized IAM systems. Provide operational support for IAM products, including day-to-day upkeep of systems and incident/support ticket management. Contribute to security initiatives aimed at evolving tooling and processes related to company-wide access review and ongoing hygiene. Partner closely with other security team members, as well as those in the company’s engineering, product, and people teams, to drive IAM maturity. Qualifications: Experience with IAM (Identity and Access Management) concepts and technologies Working knowledge of user provisioning, privileged access management, directory services, multi-factor authentication, and single sign-on technologies. Ability to develop code using at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, etc. Information security experience in enterprise environments. Experience with Saviynt or the SailPoint suite of products is required. Experience with VDS is a plus. Experience with IAM solutions for cloud service providers (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Microsoft Azure) is a plus. Experience implementing and supporting IAM tools and processes, ability to communicate effectively across the organization, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
