Job Summary:
The IT Specialist will provide hands-on technical support for end-users, focusing on Windows-based systems, PC setup for new hires, and troubleshooting day-to-day IT issues in the office. This role ensures smooth onboarding, system functionality, and responsive support for internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and configure Windows PCs, monitors, and peripherals for new employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across the office.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and manage device lifecycle.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, printers, and basic networking.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement updates and maintain system security.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
