As a Partner / Director at Wipro Consulting, you will be responsible for leading and expanding the People & Change Advisory offerings with a strong focus on Generative AI adoption, HR transformation, and enterprise change management. Your role will encompass business development, delivery excellence, and practice growth to enable clients to future-proof their workforce and unlock value from AI-powered transformation. Your key responsibilities will include: Go-to-Market & Client Development: - Leading the go-to-market strategy for Gen AI-enabled people transformation services. - Developing CXO-level relationships with clients across industries and global markets, focusing on GCCs and large enterprises. - Shaping and converting strategic pursuits across HR transformation, change management, and digital workforce advisory. - Collaborating with Wipro domain, digital, and AI practices to develop integrated solutions. Engagement Delivery & Advisory Leadership: - Acting as an engagement partner for large-scale HR and people transformation programs enabled by Gen AI and automation. - Delivering HR operating model redesign, talent strategy, org structuring, and behavior change initiatives. - Leading cross-functional teams on AI readiness, capability building, and HR tech modernization. - Ensuring alignment with Wipro's responsible AI and digital ethics principles. Practice Growth & Capability Building: - Building Wipro's global People & Change delivery assets, frameworks, and accelerators. - Developing a high-performing team of consultants skilled in Gen AI, HR, behavioral science, and change enablement. - Leading internal initiatives to scale IP, reusable content, and point-of-view development. Thought Leadership & Innovation: - Representing Wipro in external forums, webinars, and analyst briefings on the future of work, HR innovation, and AI-driven change. - Driving the development of differentiated POVs, white papers, and Gen AI use cases for people transformation. - Mentoring consultants and emerging leaders, promoting a culture of learning, inclusion, and innovation. Preferred Experience & Background: - Master's degree in business administration, management, HR, finance, or related field. - 15+ years in management consulting, with 10+ years in HR advisory, change management, or people transformation. - Strong track record in sales and delivery of multi-million-dollar transformation engagements. - Hands-on experience with Gen AI use cases in HR, workforce upskilling, digital HR platforms. - Familiarity with change adoption methodologies and AI-driven workforce design. - Experience working with global clients is highly desirable.
