This is a full-time, on-site role for a Partner, located in Hyderabad. The Partner will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, fostering relationships with stakeholders, managing key operations, and actively contributing to business development activities. Additional responsibilities include overseeing operational efficiency, ensuring project deliverables are met, and collaborating with leadership on organizational growth and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in leadership, decision-making, and strategy development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on relationship building
• Experience in operations management and project oversight
• Knowledge of the infrastructure and construction industry is a plus
• Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively while managing resources
• Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; a postgraduate degree is advantageous
