The Partner will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, fostering relationships with stakeholders, managing key operations, and actively contributing to business development activities. Additional responsibilities include overseeing operational efficiency, ensuring project deliverables are met, and collaborating with leadership on organizational growth and performance improvements. Qualifications Proficiency in leadership, decision-making, and strategy development Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on relationship building Experience in operations management and project oversight Knowledge of the infrastructure and construction industry is a plus Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively while managing resources Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; a postgraduate degree is advantageous
