Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Partner at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, located in Cuttack, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Partner will be responsible for acquiring, developing, and nurturing relationships with channel partners and customers to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include identifying potential leads, engaging with clients to understand their insurance needs, delivering tailored solutions from ABSLI’s product suite, achieving assigned sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining a high level of service. The Partner will also play a role in training and mentoring team members and staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills, including client acquisition, lead generation, and achieving sales targets.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, policy structuring, and financial planning principles.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and technology, including CRM systems, for managing client relationships and documentation.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred; certifications in insurance, finance, or related areas are a plus.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable.
