Role Overview

The Investing/Silent Partner brings financial capital to the partnership firm and shares ownership in the business. While not involved in day-to-day operations, the partner contributes to the firm's growth through capital infusion, strategic oversight, and governance participation as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Ownership & Profit Sharing:Hold an equity stake in the firm and receive profit/loss share as specified in the partnership agreement.Strategic Input (Non-Operational):Participate in high-level strategic discussions when required, without engaging in daily management.Governance & Oversight:Review performance reports, financial statements, and compliance documents periodically.Capital Contribution:Provide agreed-upon financial investment to support business operations, expansion, and long-term goals.Risk-Sharing:Share business risks, liabilities, and responsibilities as outlined in the partnership deed.Decision-Making Rights:Contribute to major decisions involving capital expenditure, structural changes, mergers, or dissolution, as defined in the agreement.Compliance & Legal Obligations:Ensure adherence to partnership laws, financial regulations, and contractual obligations.

What This Role Does Not Include

- No involvement in daily operational activities- No managerial or supervisory responsibilities- No participation in hiring, sales, procurement, or administration- No authority to bind the firm in contracts unless explicitly authorized
