Job Description

Role Overview: As a Partner Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the strategic and operational relationship with our partner. Your responsibilities will include serving as the primary liaison between Belong and the partner site, monitoring and driving performance against operational KPIs, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements. Your role will also involve preparing and presenting performance reports to senior leadership, facilitating training sessions with partner teams, and staying updated on industry regulations and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary liaison between Belong and the Partner site. - Monitor and drive performance against defined operational KPIs. - Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and regulatory requirements. - Conduct site visits and audits to ensure compliance and operational excellence. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement improvements. - Prepare and present performance reports and strategic updates to senior leadership. - Facilitate training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions with partner teams. - Stay informed of industry regulations and best practices. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. - 10 - 15+ years of experience in partner management, operations management, managing large teams, or a similar role. - Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel extensively. - Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with or managing relationships with partners, project management certification (e.g., PMP), and 10 - 15 years in operations management with Telco experience and deep understanding of business KPIs.
