We are hiring for one of our clients — a leading global organization known for innovation and excellence in partner and customer delivery. They are seeking an experienced Associate Manager – Partner Delivery Assurance to lead a high-performing team and drive operational excellence across their partner ecosystem.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for strengthening partner relationships, ensuring quality project delivery, and building scalable processes that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Partner Delivery Managers (5–8 members).
• Oversee partner enablement programs, ensuring partners are trained and certified for success.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with partners, acting as a key advisor and escalation point.
• Monitor KPIs and delivery metrics to evaluate partner performance and customer outcomes.
• Conduct program health reviews and implement proactive risk resolution plans.
• Drive governance, compliance, and delivery best practices across all partner engagements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align on partner strategy, enablement, and execution.
• Design scalable support models and processes to enhance delivery quality.
• Ensure smooth project transitions from partners to customer support post go-live.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Partner Management, Program Delivery, or Professional Services, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience managing delivery operations and partner relationships.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Based in Pune or open to relocation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SaaS, HCM, or Enterprise Software solutions.
• Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and delivery governance frameworks.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
