About the Role:

We are hiring an Associate Manager – Partner Delivery Assurance for one of our esteemed clients. This role is crucial in leading a high-performing team to strengthen partner relationships, ensure seamless project delivery, and drive operational excellence within the partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–8 Partner Delivery Managers.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee enablement strategies to equip partners with tools, training, and certifications for success.
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point.
• Ensure adherence to delivery governance standards and best practices.
• Monitor KPIs and conduct program health reviews to identify risks and drive resolutions.
• Define scalable processes and implement a Shared Services model to support partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partner strategy and execution.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in partner management, professional services, or program delivery, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written English).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, enablement strategies, and delivery governance.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with SaaS, HCM, or enterprise software solutions.
