Job Description

Teamcenter Developer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead

    requirements gathering

    , solution design, functional analysis, and end-to-end implementation of Siemens Teamcenter solutions.
  • Design and build

    Teamcenter configurations and custom solutions

    aligned with business processes and customer requirements.
  • Drive

    project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, tracking, and closure

    for medium to large complex PLM programs.
  • Coordinate with

    offshore development teams

    , ensuring quality delivery and adherence to timelines.
  • Act as a

    customer-facing technical lead

    , managing stakeholder expectations and providing solution guidance.
  • Lead

    development, production support, maintenance

    , and continuous improvement activities.
  • Perform

    data modeling, data migration, and data validation

    activities.
  • Prepare and maintain

    functional, technical, and system documentation

    .
  • Ensure compliance with best practices, performance standards, and security guidelines.
Technical Skills & Expertise:Teamcenter Core:
  • Expert-level experience in

    Siemens Teamcenter configuration and customization

  • Strong knowledge of

    Teamcenter architecture (latest versions)

    and

    Active Workspace (AWC)

  • Hands-on experience with:

  • ITK

  • SOA/REST Services

  • BMIDE

  • Rich Client customization

  • AWC extensions & UI customization

Teamcenter Functional Modules:
  • BOM Management
  • Change Management
  • Security & Access Control
  • SSO / LDAP Integration
  • Material Management (IMM)
  • Teamcenter Requirements (TcRA)
  • Substance Compliance
  • Teamcenter Manufacturing
Integrations:
  • Proven experience integrating Teamcenter with:

  • MCAD & ECAD systems

  • ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)

  • MES systems

  • Polarion, ALM, CRP

  • Other bespoke/third-party applications
Data & Migration:
  • Data modeling and migration strategy development
  • Hands-on experience with

    legacy-to-Teamcenter migration

  • Data cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation
Cloud & DevOps:
  • Experience deploying Teamcenter on

    Cloud platforms

    :
  • AWS
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Familiarity with cloud architecture, scalability, and security considerations
  • Experience using tools such as:

  • JIRA

  • Azure DevOps

  • Confluence

System Administration & Support:
  • Knowledge of

    Teamcenter installation, configuration, and system administration

  • Troubleshooting experience across:
  • Teamcenter
  • SAP / Oracle integrations
  • MES systems
  • MCAD & ECAD environments
Soft Skills & Leadership:
  • Strong

    customer management and communication skills

  • Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers
  • Ability to work independently and in fast-paced, multi-project environments
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
