We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Business Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency and driving innovation in ERP and business application systems. You will serve as a subject matter expert in SAP FICO, supporting implementation, operation, and ongoing enhancement of our enterprise applications, with a focus on financial systems. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert functional support for SAP FICO modules (GL, AA, AR, AP, COPA). Lead user training sessions on new or updated SAP systems. Deliver analytical and technical advice to business users and IT associates. Identify, evaluate, and recommend innovative SAP solutions. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for reports, enhancements, and integrations. Lead the planning and execution of cross-functional IT projects. Act as a liaison between IT and business units, improving user satisfaction and system efficiency. Develop process improvements using SAP and third-party technologies. Support incident, service request, and problem resolution in ERP systems. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, MIS, or Mathematics. 5–7 years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO/COPA modules. Strong understanding of FICO configurations (GL, AA, AR, AP, COPA). Experience with project management methodologies. Familiarity with IFRS accounting standards. Applied knowledge of ERP architecture and business process design. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP S/4HANA. Exposure to SAP Fiori and SAP Analytics Cloud.
