Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution and optimization of paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Programmatic, etc.)
• Develop performance-driven media plans with measurable KPIs and A/B testing frameworks
• Allocate budgets strategically across channels and report on performance metrics
• Coordinate with content, creative, and data teams for integrated campaign rollouts
• Stay ahead of paid media trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats
• Ensure continuous growth of CAC-efficiency and campaign profitability

Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing, Commerce, Business, Communications, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications/Expertise

• Preferred: Digital marketing certifications (Meta Blueprint, Google, HubSpot, etc.) are preferred

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in paid digital marketing
• Proven expertise in media buying, campaign analytics, and bid strategy
• Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-backed decisions
