With a strong foundation in organic growth already in place, we are now scaling our paid media initiatives to drive exponential brand impact and ROI. 🧩 Responsibilities Own end-to-end execution and optimization of paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Programmatic, etc.) Develop performance-driven media plans with measurable KPIs and A/B testing frameworks Allocate budgets strategically across channels and report on performance metrics Coordinate with content, creative, and data teams for integrated campaign rollouts Stay ahead of paid media trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats Ensure continuous growth of CAC-efficiency and campaign profitability 🎓 Qualifications Graduate in Marketing, Commerce, Business, Communications, or a related field ⭐ Preferred Qualifications/Expertise Preferred: Digital marketing certifications (Meta Blueprint, Google, HubSpot, etc.) are preferred 🎯 What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years of experience in paid digital marketing Proven expertise in media buying, campaign analytics, and bid strategy Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4 Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-backed decisions 📊 Reporting To Digital Marketing Manager Head – Marketing 💼 Why Join nysh.in?
