Job Description

Position: Paid Media Manager

Location: CG Road, Ahmedabad

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Paid Media Manager to lead the planning, execution,optimization, and reporting of our paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing, data analysis,and digital advertising strategies to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage paid media strategies across platforms like Google Ads,Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
Set clear KPIs for each campaign and track daily performance to optimize spending and reach.
Manage budgets effectively to maximize returns.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copy.
Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis for continuous improvement.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and SEMrush to analyze performance.
Research trends and emerging platforms to identify new paid opportunities.
Prepare detailed campaign reports with actionable insights.
Coordinate with SEO, organic social, and sales teams for integrated marketing efforts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
