Paid Media Manager

As a Paid Media Advertising Business Manager, you will lead and oversee the strategic direction and execution of paid media campaigns in the digital marketing landscape. TEAM MANAGEMENT:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of paid media analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Provide guidance on campaign strategy, optimization, and professional development.

CAMPAIGN PLANNING AND EXECUTION:

• Oversee the development and execution of paid media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with client objectives and performance targets.

BUDGET OVERSIGHT:

• Manage and optimize advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum return on investment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the paid media advertising space.
• In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Affiliate Marketing, etc.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
