Position Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented Paid Media Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms. You’ll be responsible for generating high-intent leads, managing ad budgets effectively, and ensuring our brand reaches engaged couples at the right time and place.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and scale paid media campaigns across multiple in-house brands
• Develop and manage paid media strategies to generate leads and increase bookings.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with internal creative teams and post production team across brands to develop visually compelling, on-brand ad assets.
• Collaborate with internal creative and post-production teams across multiple brands to develop visually compelling, on-brand ad assets tailored for each campaign
• Create and maintain custom dashboards and reports to track performance metrics
• Work closely with brand managers and founders to align campaign strategies with business goals and seasonal trends
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend new channels or campaign types to support each brand's unique funnel.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paid media buying/management, preferably in a lead generation
• Strong understanding of paid media KPIs, conversion tracking, and attribution.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,912.35 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
