Job Description

You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Develop and implement paid media strategies that align with client objectives and maximize ROAS and ROI. - Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including setup, monitoring, and performance optimization. - Run effective lead generation campaigns on Google and Facebook to drive client acquisition goals. - Identify and explore new paid channels to expand campaign reach and effectiveness. - Execute hands-on campaign structuring, setup, and provide final reporting/analysis for clients. - Mediate with clients regularly to understand their requirements and align strategies accordingly. - Manage and optimize app campaigns when applicable, adding value to the client's media strategy. - Analyze campaign data to provide insights and make data-driven adjustments to improve performance. - Support and mentor junior paid media specialists, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. - Partner with SEO, content, analytics, tech, and creative teams to ensure cohesive campaign strategies and messaging. - Conduct training sessions to upskill team members on paid media platforms, strategies, and new trends. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in paid media management, with a focus on performance campaigns. - At least 5+ years of experience managing Google and Meta campaigns. - App Campaign Management experience is an added advantage. - Shopify and Google Merchant Center expertise is a plus.,
