Position Overview

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing the online voice and visual identity of multiple brandsunder our company umbrella. You will lead the planning, creation, posting, and reporting of content across Instagram, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms, with the goal of increasing engagement, community growth, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple in-house brands
• Manage and maintain content calendars for Instagram, Pinterest and other platforms.
• Work closely with internal creative, photography, and post-production teams to source and create visually stunning, on-brand content.
• Engage with followers and potential clients through DMs, comments, and community building tactics.
• Track KPIs and provide monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage collaborations, influencer partnerships, or user-generated content strategies where appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience managing social media accounts
• Excellent visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for design, composition, and brand alignment.
• Strong writing and captioning skills with a warm, engaging, brand-appropriate tone.
• Comfortable managing multiple brands and shifting between different voices/styles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,912.35 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
