Position : Area Sales Manager

Experience : Minimum 3 Years Of Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Target Achievement:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for electric vehicles within the assigned region.
• Dealer Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders, including overseeing dealer network development and management.
• Market Analysis:Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted sales plans.
• Team Leadership:Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Sales Operations:Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring efficient processes, accurate reporting, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Relationship Building:Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Product Knowledge:Possess a comprehensive understanding of the EV products and technologies, effectively communicating their features and benefits to customers.
• Sales Reporting:Prepare regular sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Travel:Be prepared to travel within the assigned region to meet with dealers, customers, and attend industry events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹335,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
