We are looking for smart, energetic freshers who want real exposure in Market Research, Marketing, Client Coordination, and Product Demonstration.

Role Overview

As a Market Research / Marketing / Client Management Intern, you will work closely with the business and technical teams to support research, lead generation, demos, client communication, and implementation-related activities.

This is a paid internship with a strong chance of full-time conversion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct research on industries, potential clients, competitors, and aggregators.
• Create structured market reports, pricing comparisons, and opportunity mapping.
• Support strategy teams with trend insights and industry data.
• Maintain Excel/Google Sheets databases of leads and research findings.

2. Marketing & Outreach

• Assist in preparing brochures, pitch decks, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Run basic outreach campaigns (LinkedIn messages, email follow-ups, WhatsApp).
• Coordinate with design and technical teams for content and visuals.
• Maintain CRM entries, lead lists, and marketing trackers.

3. Client Management & Communication

• Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients.
• Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM), follow-up notes, and action items.
• Support onboarding and implementation activities with the Client Success team.
• Maintain smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

4. Detailed Product Demonstration Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end product demonstrations (online/on-site) showcasing XCONICS IoT devices, dashboards, and software features.
• Explain key functionalities, workflows, and real use-cases in a simple, client-friendly way.
• Understand client requirements and customize demo flow as per their industry and operational process.
• Demonstrate dashboards, analytics, and mobile/web features live during sessions.
• Coordinate with R&D/Software teams to prepare demo setups, test devices, and ensure all systems work smoothly before meetings.
• Capture client questions, clarify basic technical points, and escalate advanced queries to internal teams.
• Prepare demo scripts, talking points, and structured presentation flow.
• Share client feedback with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Maintain a logbook of demos delivered, client outcomes, and next steps.

Skills Required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good research and analytical ability
• Basic MS Office / Google Sheets proficiency
• Professional behavior and strong coordination skills
• Ability to learn fast and adapt to a multi-disciplinary tech environment
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Education

• Any graduate (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, B.Tech, etc.)
