Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the daily operations of the packing department.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate packaging activities to meet production and dispatch timelines.
Ensure packaging materials are available and meet the required specifications.
Monitor packing line performance and implement measures to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
Maintain strict adherence to quality and hygiene standards (especially in food, pharma, or cosmetics industries).
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Train and supervise the packing team, ensuring proper skill development and performance evaluation.
Collaborate with production, quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics teams for seamless operations.
Analyze packing data and KPIs to drive productivity and identify areas for improvement.
Handle troubleshooting of packaging machinery in coordination with the maintenance team.
Oversee documentation and record-keeping related to packaging operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering, Logistics, or relevant field.
5 years of experience in packing operations, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or head role.
Must have working knowledge of Tally ERP (Inventory, Billing, Stock Management Modules).
Strong understanding of packaging techniques, materials, and safety standards.
Good knowledge of warehouse operations and coordination with logistics.
Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
Attention to detail, with strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
