Packing & Dispatch Manager

As a Packing Manager at Meghdoot, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the floor stock and goods management. Your responsibilities will include looking after the resources management related to staff and customers, coordinating with the admin department for floor resource requirements, ensuring that all goods are handled according to the organization's standards, and maintaining a high priority image for customers. Additionally, your duties will involve coordinating between multiple floors for goods orders, tracking goods dispatch from local office to customers and from HO to Surat office, and overseeing all packing department activities. You will also be responsible for tracking goods and handling documentary work such as sales orders, credit notes, KYC tracking, and other packing department-related paperwork. Key Responsibilities: - Manage respective floor stock and goods - Oversee resources management for staff and customers - Coordinate with the admin department for floor resource requirements - Ensure goods are treated as per organizational standards - Maintain high priority image for customers - Coordinate between multiple floors for goods orders - Track goods dispatch to customers and between offices - Oversee all packing department activities - Handle documentary work like sales orders, credit notes, KYC tracking, and other paperwork Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of work experience as a packing supervisor or similar role - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Prior experience with ERP or accounting software - Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word - Excellent organizational and team management skills - Stamina to handle physical demands of the job Please note the job timing is from 10 am to 9:00 pm, and the salary offered is up to Rs. 25,000-30,000 per month.
