Job Description

Outreach Officers

You will play a key role in moving our fundraisers from streets to strategic, high-trust locations such as corporate parks, malls, metro stations, gated communities, airports, and exhibitions. This role combines relationship building, strategic outreach planning, and on-ground execution to enable ethical and effective donor engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire permissions for outreach at venues like corporates, malls, airports, and events
Build and maintain relationships with venue partners and decision-makers
Plan and execute outreach strategies aligned with fundraising goals
Support and guide fundraising teams for effective donor engagement

You should have:

Strong communication and networking skills
Confidence in pitching proposals and engaging stakeholders
1 to 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, CSR Outreach, Corporate Partnerships, or Event Management)
A passion for social impact and ethical fundraising
Willingness to travel locally

Other Requirements:

Two-wheeler (preferred) for local travel
Willingness to travel within the city and occasionally inter-city
