CBM India is looking for a proactive and mission-driven Outreach Officer to lead the acquisition and management of high-visibility venues for our face-to-face (F2F) fundraising campaigns. You will play a key role in moving our fundraisers from streets to strategic, high-trust locations such as corporate parks, malls, metro stations, gated communities, airports, and exhibitions. This role combines relationship building, strategic outreach planning, and on-ground execution to enable ethical and effective donor engagement. Key Responsibilities Identify and secure permissions for outreach in high-footfall venues Build and maintain a pipeline of target locations via research, networking, cold calls, and referrals Present compelling proposals to venue management, CSR teams, and decision-makers Plan and schedule outreach events aligned with fundraising goals Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution Build long-term partnerships with corporates, RWAs, and public infrastructure authorities Guide and support fundraising teams with location-specific insights and messaging Track outreach activities and report on venue status and performance Candidate Profile Education & Experience: 1-3 years of experience in B2B Sales, CSR outreach, corporate partnerships, or event coordination Experience in venue acquisition or fundraising is preferred Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities Proficiency in MS Office and internet-based research High motivation to work in the social sector Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks Other Requirements: Two-wheeler (preferred) for local travel Willingness to travel within the city and occasionally inter-city Why Join CBM India?
