All underpinned by technology created with purpose. Your Role Exposure to industry best practices on OCM and change toolkits Execute projects successfully as per agreed schedule, budget, and scope. Engage with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate. Perform the relevant project management processes i.e., initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control and close, and the supporting processes e.g., scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management. Diagnose and strategize the need for change and articulate it well to all involved parties. Lead and manage the end-to-end change projects including progress tracking and reporting. Design and develop trainings for the stakeholders involved. Design, plan, and deliver effective communication throughout the change cycle. Your Profile Prior experience in Business Process Management Strong knowledge of Stakeholder Management Proven previous experience in interacting with Senior members of client organizations, CTOs, COOs, with internal Partners etc. is a must. Business Process Improvement experience Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt certified -desirable) Hands on experience in any of the industry leading BPMN tools Industry experience anyone or combination of Government, Healthcare, retail, telecom, oil, and gas, BSFI, airlines, manufacturing, food and beverages etc. Extensive experience in End-to-End Project Management preferably in strategy and business
