Job Description

Role Responsibilities

Mentor and develop a global team of project and program managers with a focus on Digital domain knowledge and delivery excellence.
Provide executive-level updates on the status of Digital programs, highlighting key metrics such as authorization rates, funding success, and latency.
Champion continuous improvement in Digital technology delivery processes, leveraging agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
Identify and mitigate risks related to Digital processing, transaction integrity, fraud prevention, and system scalability.
Oversee the successful delivery of Digital-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Drive PI planning and roadmap execution for initiatives involving Digital gateways, acquiring banks, digital wallets, and real-time Digital networks.
Partner with product, engineering, and compliance teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient Digital solutions across multiple geographies.
Lead the execution of technology programs focused on funds-in Digital capabilities, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Role Requirements

Bachelor s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, plus 15+ years of progressive management experience, including large-scale project management and personnel management.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Digital domain, with a strong understanding of funds-in operations, Digital gateways, acquiring banks, and digital wallets.
Proficiency of Microsoft Office/Google products including Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and familiarity with Digital analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Ability to interpret, adapt, and occasionally deviate from established practices and procedures for new situations and problems related to Digital quality, integration, and analysis.
Ability to motivate and influence others to embrace Digital-focused decision-making and continuous improvement.
Ability to develop, plan, and implement short and long-range goals, establish priorities, and organize resources within the Digital Technology landscape.
Strategic planning and organizational development knowledge and skills, with a focus on integrating Digital Technology into broader business strategies.
Self-starter/leader who can anticipate department needs in a proactive manner regarding Digital acquisition, analysis, and deployment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all different levels in the organization on Digital-related projects.
Superior leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, including the ability to lead a high-performing Digital Technology team.
Ability to communicate effectively at a technical or non-technical level, depending on the audience, concerning Digital infrastructure and strategic implications.
Outstanding facilitation and communication skills, including the ability to inspire others towards Digital-centric goals.
Experience in analyzing Digital data and using this data for process and program improvements and to inform Digital strategy.
An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities, particularly in identifying and resolving Digital-related challenges.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with proven ability to build and lead high-performing Digital-focused Technology teams.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly in translating complex payment technology concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Outstanding knowledge of Digital processing, reporting, budgeting for Digital projects, and the Digital technology lifecycle.
Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics for Digital initiatives.
Strong technical understanding of Digital infrastructure, transaction flows, and integration with financial systems.
Certification PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or other relevant Technology certifications will be a plus.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of Digital technology solutions across multiple geographies.
